It can be worn with or without straps and has decent sized pockets. I cannot wait to wear this dress. I have had my eye on it for months but couldnt get around to the price. MANY come from our own area known designer who when they remark I am beyond happy! I am able to wear this dress for casual or dressy wear! Simple shoe, other elements changed out is all it takes! The cost is broke down quickly due to wearing so many ways! Light weight! Flowy! To have designer wear in our sizes , no words! The subtle print on the SOFT Lace is beyond ! Defiantly well made! THIS dress is a hands down will not go out of style , change up accessories ! Wine tours in NYS, Mom's day, Date night, Girl;'s night out , even weddings THIS dress can & WILL be rocked!

I experienced no defects with the garment I was sent. I will say to size up as I can't zip up the bust (38DDD) which usually isn't an issue in the same size (10/0) with other torrid dresses. The front zipper isn't the toughest so you really want to get the fit right if you're chesty unless you wanna find yourself in an unplanned game of peek-a-boo. It also comes with removable straps if you'd rather have a strapless dress. The overall quality is good, not $200 good but you're paying for the Betsy name and the look. Everything is stitched and hemmed securely, the fabric is fairly opaque but (and this is true for almost all Torrid tulle garments) it will start to look a little fuzzy if you don't handle with care because this fabric is really unforgiving. So if you're not into following the tag instructions, don't splurge cause this dress will not withstand the test of time if you subject it to toss and wash routines. The dress does have a bit of weight to it but for the cost it's fair to expect 3 layers; tulle layer, polyester layer AND it's own lining which you can see is done at the bust. Lining keeps the fabric looking vibrant in the sun, hides seems and keeps dresses from crinkling and sticking to your thighs when you get up after sitting. Quality-wise I would put the dress around $100, much like the white leopard crinkle chiffon dress (which I also bought and love). I do like that the leopard print is on both the tulle and polyester layer. This dress really is cute and I totally intend to size up and keep it. I'd post pics of it on if it fit, but just know that it's almost exactly like the photo.
